More useful replacement for P-clamp.

Haven't yet used extensively, but these seem great, like the bundle size range. 5mm ladder buckle increments on strap. Base is 30x21x3mm. Mounting hole fits M3 (or 4-40) BHCS or FHCS easily, and M4 BHCS works okay too. Pretty easy to insert strap, and holds well.
