Conditions of use

The Terms and Conditions in this section will govern all sales and activities pertaining to unless otherwise agreed to in writing, signed in Quakertown, PA, by an authorized agent.  Customers must agree to all of the terms and conditions listed below prior to placing an order.  It is important that each customer reads all of the following terms and conditions completely.  Customers who are uncertain of any terms listed below may call and speak with a customer service representative for clarification.  Customer service representatives are in the office Monday through Friday, hours starting at 8:30AM until 5:00PM EST/EDT.  Any use of the words "we", "us", or "our" within this document will be in regards to the Secure™ Cable Ties company as a whole. Use of the words "you" and "your" will be in reference to the customer placing an order and/or using services.  Use of the words "the store" and "the website" will be defining unless otherwise stated.  We reserve the right to change and/or update these terms and condition at anytime.

Note that will not assume any responsibility for damages to equipment, data, or other property resulting from the use of our products and/or services.  By placing an order, the customer assumes all responsibility for the use or misuse of each product purchased.  Customers are recommended to ensure that each product being purchase suits his or her needs properly.

Shipping and Order Placement

All standard product orders that are received by 3:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day unless notified with the exception of USPS, which is always shipped the following day.  All orders received after said time will be shipped the following business day unless otherwise notified.  Each order placed with will be followed by a one time order receipt sent to the email address provided by you in your account profile.  All customers with questions are encouraged to contact

Since we ship via third party shipping companies (UPS, FedEx, USPS), we are subject to their respective shipping schedules and policies.  You may check with us or the respective shipping company directly to verify which holiday days are observed by said company. reserves the right to ship from other locations if necessary.  Customers will be notified if shipping change takes place. All orders place with the generic shipping method labeled "Best Way Ground" will be shipped by the company of our choosing.  Shipping prices estimated by the may be inaccurate on occasion. In these cases, the customer will be contacted to verify a manually calculated shipping price.

Shipping Policy

Order Tracking

Returning customers may check the status of their UPS/FedEx package via our online package tracking system which can be found in the Account Management section of the website.   Tracking a package requires UPS/FedEx to scan the package and upload it into their system before any information is available.  Once we get this information, we will update the status of your order.  This information may not be available to us until the following business day.

Return Policy

  1. Returns must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery of the order
  2. Returned items MUST be in resalable condition with the original packaging – if not there will be a restock charged up to 25%
    1. Must have original packaging, test results, accessories included in return or there will be a restock charged
    2. All returned items that are open or show any sign of use will be subject to a restocking fee.
    3. Must not show any wear and tear, damage, dirt, etc. or have writing or labels on the products
    4. All items returned and are not resalable will have no credit/refund given and may be sent back to the customer with being responsible for the freight cost.
  3. Any order mistakes (a short ship or miss-ship) must be notified to us within 48 hours from the delivered date, or we will consider the order shipped complete and correct
  4. Any items returned that are not resalable may be returned to the customer with the freight being billed to them.
  5. Processing Times: (Once the RMA is delivered to the warehouse)
    1. Standard – 5-7 business days from the delivery date of RMA
    2. All 3rd Party manufacturer returns may take up to an additional 14 days to process

* reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond the 30 days from the delivery date in some cases. If the product is accepted after the 30 days, there will be Store Credit issued toward Future purchases only. All Store Credits must be used within one calendar year of issue.

Back Orders

At we strive to stock every item listed on our web site, however, occasionally we may not have an item or items in stock.  If this event, an e-mail will be sent to you informing you of current in-house stock and when stock is due to arrive at our location in order to fulfill the respective order.  You will then have the choice to continue with the current purchase, remove the item from the order, or cancel the order completely.

Shortages or Wrong Item

Be aware that occasionally, items in your order may be shipped from multiple locations and so will likely arrive at different times.  In most cases, receiving a package that is missing items is due to multiple shipments and not due to an error on our part.  At we strive to ship each order complete and without any mistakes, however, should a mistake be made by us, simply let us know and we will make the necessary corrections.  If a shortage or wrong item does occur you must report the problem to us within 7 business days of receiving the order, otherwise these orders will be regarded as accepted and complete.

Pricing product pricing is subject to change without notice.  We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors at anytime, typographical or otherwise.

Sales Tax in PA

Any orders shipped to a Pennsylvania address, or picked up from our Pennsylvania warehouse are subject to a 6% sales tax.  This tax will be automatically added to your order unless you can provide us with a "Pa Sales Exempt Certificate" prior to placing the order. Please Note: There will be a $5 fee for all tax refunds requested after shipping.

If you are tax exempt in any of these states, you may send us a copy of your tax-exempt certificate. Once received, we can flag your registered account for tax exemption. Please Note: There will be a $5 fee for all tax refunds requested after shipping.

Payment Processing and Security

At payments can be made by Credit Card.  Currently, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

We take every precaution to protect our users' personal information and to store it securely.  We protect credit card information as well as other personal information by using 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology (the industry standard security protocol), hosting our site on secure servers, and maintaining Secure Site status by GeoTrust.  We use E-Commerce Exchange (Powered by Authorize.Net) to process your credit card information.  We require only the personal information that is needed for safely processing your online order and for contacting you about your transactions, if necessary.  Personal information is used exclusively for that purpose. Your information is safely stored behind a firewall that protects it from users from other networks.  It is very important that once you create a Customer ID and password that you keep it private to prevent fraud. will not assume responsibility for circumstances beyond our control.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel an order you have placed with us by sending an email to [email protected] by 2:00PM EST. the day the order was placed.  Please write "Cancellation Order" followed by your Order Confirmation number found in the email receipt which is sent to you shortly after your order is placed.  Orders that include custom items may not be cancelled after 12 hours of placing the order.  If you need to cancel or make a change to an order that includes custom items you must call or visit to speak with a customer service representative within this 12 hour window.  If you can not reach a representative, as would be the case during non-business hours, you may leave a message in the customer service voice-mail stating your request.  Note: All voice-mail messages are time and date stamped by our voice-mail system.


In order to purchase from customers must first go through our customer account registration page or complete this process during checkout.  Customers should know that will not pass your registration information to any third parties nor will we send any unsolicited "sales" or promotional emails or faxes.  E-mail is the primary means of communicating with Your e-mail address is where your invoices, confirmations, and any other order information will be sent.


We provide a warranty for the lifetime use of products from the date of purchase, this warranty entails that all products will be defect free and in excellent working condition upon arrival, without any flaws to materials or workmanship.  If for any reason you suspect a problem with our products you must report them to us at [email protected] within 7 business days, other wise we will assume the product arrived without any flaws to materials or workmanship.  The warranty is voided if the product has abnormal wear and tear due to any other distress caused by misuse.  Any alteration to the products that we sell automatically voids any warranty related to each product. Upon failure of the product baring any misuse the cable will be replaced promptly. Replacements will be provided but no credit will be issued for warranty claims exceeding 7 business days.

E-mail Newsletters

If users wish to subscribe to our e-mail newsletters, we ask for contact information (such as name and e-mail address information).  We use this information in the same manner as we use contact information in the registration and ordering process described above. Recipients of our newsletters can unsubscribe using the instructions listed at the end of the e-mail newsletter, or by calling our customer service department.

Removal From Lists

You may receive periodic emails or postal mailings from us with information on new products and services, or upcoming events. If you do not want to receive e-mail and/ or postal mail from us in the future, please unsubscribe from our mailing list.  Under no circumstances will we rent, sell or otherwise forward your email address or other personal information to third parties.
