Same Day Shipping
All standard product orders that are received by 3:00 pm EST will be shipped the same day unless notified. Any orders received after 3:00 pm (EST). will be shipped the following business day. All orders placed with SecureCableTies.com will receive an order confirmation sent via e-mail. All customers with questions are encouraged to contact us. Our customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday 8:30am till 5:00pm EST. We are subject to UPS, FedEx and USPS shipping schedules. Contact us or UPS / FedEx / USPS directly during holidays to get information about shipping schedules. Customers will be contacted if there will be a shipping delay.
Orders shipping outside of the USA and Canada may be charged a minimum of $5.00 handling fee. SecureCableTies.com reserves the right to ship from other locations if necessary. The customer will be notified should a shipping change take place.
Tracking Your Order/Shipment
After you place your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation. Please double check your order for accuracy. Our Same Day Shipping Policy leaves little time to correct ordering errors. If you find an error with your order, please contact our customer service department immediately.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that the order status has changed. Click on the link within the e-mail to quickly access tracking information and a tracking number for your shipment. You can access information about any of your current or previous orders by logging into Your Account at SecureCableTies.com.
Please note: For quicker delivery of your order, we will ship from multiple locations when possible. Shipping from multiple locations sometimes causes a delay in tracking information which will occasionally result in your order status being updated without tracking information. Rest assured that your shipment is on its way. If you ever have any questions or need more detailed information about your shipment, please contact customer service.
SecureCableTies.com offers a 30 day money back guarantee for most products that we offer except custom made items which are explicitly non-returnable unless defective. Within 30 days of purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with an eligible product or products, you may obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from one of our Customer Service representatives.
This (RMA) number must appear on the outside of each package being returned. The (RMA) number is for internal use so we can receive and process each return properly for credit. Returns received without an (RMA) number may be refused or received without credit issued. Defective items must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number called in prior to shipping.
Products being returned for credit must be shipped to us with freight prepaid unless otherwise stated. SecureCableTies.com will determine if and how much credit is to be issued upon evaluation of the returned products. Stock items ordered in error must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number issued within 30 days of the original order date. These parts are eligible for credit only if the returned products and packaging are in mint and resalable condition.
No Restocking fee will be charged for returned items that are returned in their original packaging. Under no circumstances will credit be issued after 30 days from the date of invoice unless the product is defective. All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
We recommend that all returns are sent back to us via UPS or FedEx for tracking purposes. SecureCableTies.com will not accept responsibility for any returned products that do not make it back to our location.
