Return Policy offers a 30 day money back guarantee for most products we offer excepting custom made items which are explicitly non-returnable unless defective.  Within 30 days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied with an eligible product or products you may obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from one of our Customer Service representatives.

This (RMA) number must appear on the outside of each package being returned.  The (RMA) number is for internal use so we can receive and process each return for credit properly.  Returns received without an (RMA) number may be refused or received without credit issued.  Defective items must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number called in prior to shipping.

Products being returned for credit must be shipped to us with freight prepaid unless otherwise stated. will determine if, and how much credit is to be issued upon evaluation of the returned products.  Stock items ordered in error must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number issued within 30 days of the original order date. These parts are eligible for credit only if the returned products and packaging are in mint and resalable condition.

A repackaging and/or restocking fee not to exceed 15 of the sale price may be charged for any returned products. Under no circumstances will credit be issued after 30 days from the date of invoice unless the product is defective.  All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

We recommend that all returns are sent back to us via UPS or FedEx for tracking purposes. will not accept responsibility for any returned products that do not make it back to our location.
