I got these cinch straps to relieve muscle cramps in my bicep. It is an unusual use for this type of product I'm sure, but it wraps the muscle and prevents the cramp. I can go on with whatever I need to do without the fear of uncontrolled muscle movement in my right arm. The pack of 5 allows me to leave one at just about every location I frequent. Two thumbs up.

Items arrived in a timely fashion. Straps were as described. Strong with good closure holding power. Perfect for holding vacuum hose from shop vac.

This is a great strap and it holds strong.  Just make sure the length is correct, because you can't overlap it.
