2. Additional services, including but not limited to lift gate, inside delivery, and scheduled delivery, are not included in the free shipping offer and may be available at a surcharge.

4. Free Standard shipping applies to the 48 contiguous states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

5. Expedited shipping is not included in the free shipping offer but may be available at a surcharge.

6. Free shipping is only valid for orders shipping to a single address.

7. Special order items are not eligible for free shipping.

8. Free shipping does not apply to shipments going to a P.O. box.

9. Freight deliveries going to residential, construction, or tradeshow locations may be subject to a surcharge.

10. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed for orders with free shipping.
