Shipping Policy



Same Day Shipping
All standard product orders that are received by 3:00 pm EST will be shipped the same day unless notified (excludes USPS which is always shipped the following day).  Any orders received after 3:00 pm (EST). will be shipped the following business day.  All orders placed with SecureCableTies.com will receive an order conformation sent via e-mail.  All customers with questions are encouraged to contact us. Our customer service representatives are available Monday through Thursday 8:30am till 5:30pm EST, 8:30am till 5:00pm EST on Fridays.  We are subject to UPS, FedEx and USPS shipping schedules. Contact Us or UPS / FedEx / USPS directly during holidays to get information about shipping schedules. Customers will be contacted if there will be a shipping delay.

Orders shipping outside of the USA and Canada may be charged a minimum of $5.00 handling fee.  SecureCableTies.com reserves the right to ship from other locations if necessary. The customer will be notified should a shipping change take place.

Tracking Your Order/Shipment
After your place your order you will immediately receive an order conformation, please double check your order for accuracy. Our Same Day Shipping Policy leaves little time to correct ordering errors. If you find an error with your order please contact our customer service department immediately.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail notifying you that the order status has changed. Click on the link within the e-mail to quickly access tracking information and a tracking number for your shipment. You can access information about any of your current or previous orders by logging into Your Account at SecureCableTies.com.

Please note: For quicker delivery of your order we will ship from multiple locations when possible. Shipping from multiple locations sometimes causes a delay in tracking information which will occasionally result in your order status being updated without tracking information. Rest assured that your shipment is on its way. If you ever have any questions or need more detailed information about your shipment please contact customer service.

Bond Fees
Customers are responsible for payment of duties and taxes.  When funds are not provided in advance by the customer, and UPS must post a bond to allow UPS shipments to be released in advance of payment to the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), a fee of 2.7 percent (minimum $5.85) of the amount advanced by UPS will be charged.

* The first five classification lines are included in this fee; line charges only apply from the sixth line.

** This fee applies to all Agriculture shipments including, but not limited to, those subject to Canadian Food Inspection Agency import requirements.

*** This fee may apply when the included documents are missing critical information and a telephone call is required to obtain the correct information. Examples of missing information include poor descriptions, no country of origin, missing quantities, etc.

Free+ - When UPS Customs Brokerage handles your imports, there is no Entry Preparation Fee for routine customs clearance of UPS Worldwide Express Plus, UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Express Saver, and UPS Worldwide Expedited shipments, including up to five classification lines. Charges may apply for more complex customs clearance procedures.
